The term suitability concerns refers to doubts about the suitability of a person to perform a particular job. In the case of MPU (Medical-Psychological Examination) suitability concerns may arise due to factors such as Alcohol history or drug offenses, traffic offenses or other criminal offenses.

In connection with the MPU, concerns about suitability are raised by the responsible authority if there are doubts about a person's suitability to drive. In this case, an MPU can be ordered to assess suitability for regaining a driving license.
