What does “book directly, risk-free” mean?

You can attend your first session in full and then still decide. If you withdraw within 48 hours after the first session, you get 100% of the package price back – with no deduction for the first session already held.

This extended cancellation right applies in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In the case of a statutory withdrawal, proportionate costs or compensation may be charged for services already used. The cancellation policy and the T&Cs apply.
