What does “start risk-free” mean?

With a direct booking, you can attend the entire first session and decide afterwards. If you withdraw within 48 hours after the first session, you get 100% of the package price back – with no deduction for the first session already held.

This enhanced right of withdrawal applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. With a statutory withdrawal, proportionate costs or compensation for services already provided may apply, depending on timing and conditions.
