Appointments & organisation

What to do if you have missed an appointment?

• Please inform your traffic psychologist by email.
• Arrange a new appointment with them.
• Alternatively, you can reserve an appointment with your traffic psychologist yourself.

24-hour rule (binding)
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before they start. If an appointment is not cancelled in time, it lapses and is deducted from the booked hours. Our terms and conditions apply.

Mock MPU

The MPU simulation is a central part of the preparation.

• It usually takes place about three weeks before the MPU appointment.
• The appointment is arranged together with your traffic psychologist.
• Please inform your counsellor early on, as soon as your MPU date is fixed.
• Important: the simulation should take place at least three weeks before the MPU appointment.

If you get in touch too shortly before your MPU (a few days or about a week), we cannot guarantee that the MPU simulation can still take place.

MPU certificate

To have your MPU certificate issued:

1. Please fill in the corresponding form.
2. Then inform your MPU counsellor by email that the form has been completed.

Certificates can be submitted at any time and have no influence on the MPU result. Please stay calm, even if an original is needed at short notice.

Questions between sessions

If you have questions between sessions, please contact your MPU counsellor directly.

Processing can take up to five working days. Please refrain from contacting us again in the meantime, as this can delay processing.

Disagreements & queries

If disagreements or dissatisfaction arise during the preparation:

• Please raise the issue directly with your traffic psychologist first.
• Please do not wait – the sooner, the better we can respond.
• If a direct conversation is not possible or feels uncomfortable, please contact our central office.

Abstinence & control programmes

If you take part in an abstinence control programme, please note:

• Proofs of abstinence must be provided without gaps.
• Strict deadlines apply to summonses.
• Certain foods, drinks or substances must not be consumed before tests.

Please read the terms and conditions of the respective control programme carefully. Violations can lead to the proofs not being recognised.
