MPU preparation – important information

Dates & Organization

What should you do if you have missed an appointment?

  • Please inform your traffic psychologist. by email.
  • Arrange a new appointment with him.
  • Alternatively, you can book an appointment with your traffic psychologist yourself.
24-hour rule (mandatory)
Appointments must be at least 24 hours before the start Appointments can be cancelled. If no cancellation is received within the specified timeframe, the appointment will be forfeited and deducted from the booked hourly allowance. Our terms and conditions apply. Terms and conditions.

MPU simulation

The MPU simulation is a key component of the preparation.

  • It usually takes place approximately three weeks before the MPU appointment instead.
  • The appointment will be arranged jointly with your traffic psychologist.
  • Please inform your advisor as soon as your MPU appointment is scheduled.
  • Important: The simulation should at least three weeks before the MPU appointment . held
If you contact us too close to your MPU appointment (a few days or about a week), we cannot guarantee that the MPU simulation will still be able to take place.

MPU certificate

For the issuance of your MPU certificate:

  1. Please fill out the appropriate form.
  2. Then inform your MPU consultant via email that the form has been completed.
Certificates can be submitted later at any time and will not affect the MPU result. Please remain calm, even if an original document is required at short notice.

Questions between sessions

If you have any questions between sessions, please contact your MPU consultant directly.

The processing can take up to five working days Please refrain from further contact in the meantime, as this may delay processing.

Discrepancies & Questions

Should any disagreements or dissatisfaction arise during the preparation process:

  • Please discuss this issue directly with your traffic psychologist first.
  • Please don't wait – the sooner, the better we can react.
  • If a direct conversation is not possible or is uncomfortable, please contact the central office.

Abstinence & Control Programs

If you are participating in an abstinence monitoring program, please note:

  • Proof of abstinence is required seamless be provided.
  • It apply strict deadlines for orders.
  • Certain foods, drinks, or substances may be removed before inspections. not consumed .
Please read the terms and conditions of participation for the respective verification program carefully. Violations may result in the verification process not being accepted.
